We are adding a Compensation Analyst Consultant to our team at Brillect! This FULL-TIME position can be HYBRID or REMOTE in Minnesota. You will be instrumental in assisting our client in a variety of work including interim resources, special projects or long–term consulting needs.

The primary responsibilities of this position could be and are not limited to:

  • Research compensation trends, national wage statistics, and surveys to compare their organization's pay to others in the same industry and region
  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of compensation programs and products and represent the business segments in corporate design efforts.
  • Enable business compensation strategies through tools, capabilities and communications within the corporate compensation philosophy framework.
  • Partners with various stakeholders to work on cross-functional initiatives, change management and implementation efforts
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of current compensation programs and compare them to current data
  • Recommend improvements to compensation packages and policies to ensure they align with the company's goals
  • Design and implement new compensation programs and processes
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal labor regulations


A successful Compensation Consultant candidate must have:

  • Strong data analytics and visualization skills
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Access
  • Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills
  • The ability to make independent decisions and recommendations with limited direction
  • Bonus Qualification: A Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification
