We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of closing commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and survey, and coordinating the closing process. This position requires a deep understanding of commercial real estate law and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and loan documents.
Conduct due diligence reviews, including title and survey review, environmental site assessments, and property inspections.
Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the closing process, including preparing closing checklists, coordinating with lenders, title companies, and other parties, and ensuring all closing conditions are satisfied.
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance.
Work closely with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction process.
Stay current on developments in commercial real estate law and industry trends and apply this knowledge to client matters.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a commercial real estate attorney, with a focus on acquisitions.
Proven experience managing all aspects of closing commercial real estate transactions.
Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and finance.
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal advice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other industry professionals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
