Commercial Property Management Administrative Assistant

Commercial Property Management Administrative Assistant in Colorado Springs for immediate hire. The pay range is between $24hr. - $26hr. depending upon experience. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Ideal candidate must have the following skills and experience to be considered:

2+ years in an Administrative role, reporting to Owner, CEO, President or C level Executives. Commercial Property Management preferred. Customer Service and/or Account Management experience following up with clients and vendors, attorneys, brokers, and property management. Travel coordination, airline, car, and hotel. Lease administration, including acquisitions and disposition, and document preparation. Manage rent schedules and lease term spreadsheets. Experience managing multiple calendars. Proficiency with Excel, Adobe, Microsoft programs and QuickBooks. High volume of phone calls. Attention to detail and organization. Website maintenance. Market vacant space and gather market research. Assist property managers with projects.
