Job Description:
As a Per Diem CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and recording vital signs
Assisting with mobility and transportation of patients
Helping patients with meals and feeding
Ensuring a safe and clean environment for patients
Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Following all facility policies and procedures
Education And Certification Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid CNA certification in the state of Oregon
Current CPR certification
Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and nights
