Who You Are
You love details, multi-tasking, and improving systems and processes. You enjoy providing top notch service to our clients by helping grow and manage our talented team of Lien Reduction Specialists. As a leader, you are motivational, supportive, and keep a solution based mindset. The ideal person for this role is able to prioritize multiple projects, has an intimate knowledge of lien laws and health insurance subrogation, and a passion for helping our clients achieve incredible results.
So What Will You Be Doing?
Day to day you will be managing and assisting a team of knowledgeable lien resolution specialists. This will include weekly check ins with each team member, monitoring individual workloads, liaising between the Closing department and other departments within the firm, and providing mentorship, coaching, and training for all team members. You will aid with hiring, termination, reviews, promotions and training new employees. You will ensure the team is operating in accordance with our values, processes, and procedures while upholding adherence to the regulations and laws surround liens and subrogation. You will work collaboratively with the greater leadership team within the Firm to grow and better our team and to carry out companywide strategic initiatives.
Things You’ve Done in the Past
You’ll have worked as a manager or supervisor in a legal or similarly fast paced setting. Experience with lien resolution and negotiation is preferred. Strategic planning, mentorship, and legal work will have been present in many if not all previously held roles.
You will have obtained experience in the below tasks, which are a great addition to the above experience but not necessary:
Experience hiring and training new team members
Experience working with Filevine case management software
Working detailed processes with high quality results
Ability to do repetitive tasks without little to no error
Experience with lien and subrogation laws
Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically

Act as subject matter expert for issues regarding liens, reductions, and processes.
