As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be an essential part of our corporate business support team and be responsible for the daily oversight and management of the candidate experience for some of our most vital roles. These roles include therapists, nurse practitioners, and physicians’ assistants across several outpatient behavioral health clinics. Our ability to deliver excellent patient care and operational success depends directly on the efforts of our clinical recruiters. Clinical recruiters are expected to leverage their experience in attracting and selling candidates while effectively utilizing sourcing tools provided to deliver a high volume of hires.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primarily recruit therapists, including post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles.
  • Engage with candidates to understand their qualifications, certifications, and career goals in the field of therapy and counseling.
  • Utilize cold calling and cold email outreach in addition to other direct sourcing techniques.
  • Build a pipeline of talent.
  • Advocate and support for candidates throughout their life cycle.
  • Analyze market trends and facilitate recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to proactively identify candidate needs.
  • Become an expert in the competitive landscape of assigned regions.
  • Monitor requisitions and maintain candidate workflows.
  • Conduct screening interviews of qualified candidates and coordinate any subsequent interviews.
  • Extend and coordinate offers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. (preferred)
  • 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on recruiting therapists or healthcare professionals.
  • Experience interacting with post-Master's through licensed social workers, LMFTs, LPCs, and similar roles.
  • Knowledge of current federal regulations affecting the employment process.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
