About The Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who is moved by the company’s vision and mission and can adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving company. You will play an integral role in building the company by creating and leading the quality assurance activities for the clinical care organization. You will report directly to the Head of Quality. We see our QA team as the key to monitoring all quality, compliance, and contract initiatives by developing and overseeing continuous quality monitoring systems and processes and working directly with the Head of Quality to create and implement the clinical care quality improvement plan.

Core Areas of Responsibility

  • Support the Head of Quality in designing and implementing strategic quality improvement priorities and initiatives to support the clinical care organization
    • Collaborate with internal partners to develop, implement, and deliver a high-impact quality assurance/quality improvement plan for all clinical services and program
    • Analyze data and develop insights regarding the quality of our services
  • Manage a team of full-time auditors
    • Ensure that our auditing processes are being improved upon and assessed alongside the auditing team
    • Enlist cross-functional collaboration to prioritize efficiency and workflow related to auditing
  • Develop a comprehensive quality assurance program and conduct regular chart and client care reviews to inform the overall quality improvement plan
    • Conduct needs assessments to understand client and clinician experiences and strategic priority areas
Impact and Success Indicators

Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days:

  • Learn the Two Chairs cultures, key players and systems
  • Get familiar with our current trends through auditing and data
  • Meet with quality team and clinical leaders to analyze and assess current strengths and areas of opportunity in our quality system
  • Begin to outline priorities for 2025 from a quality perspective

Where you’ll make an impact in the first year:

  • Ensure that our quality program scales effectively as we hire more clinicians and managers in 2025
  • Increase efficiency in auditing across the organization
  • Demonstrate a clear system of feedback from analyzing our trends through data and auditing to inform training needs across the organization
  • Effectively create a system of transparent communication around our quality metrics and plan to the clinical organization

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • A license to practice psychotherapy in at least one state in the United States state (California or Washington or Florida preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a full-time manager-level role
  • Data analysis and data interpretation experience
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines and are extremely detail-oriented
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • A highly collaborative attitude and are hungry for feedback, and excited to collaborate with a dedicated partner on the Operations team as well as the broader cross-functional team
  • A self-starter mentality - excited by new challenges and creative thinking
  • Excellent clinical judgment, decision-making, and risk assessment
  • Previous experience working with compliance and legal
