Paidion Research, Inc., a global pediatric clinical research organization, is part of Camargo Pharmaceutical Services. Together, we're impacting healthcare for children through end-to-end pediatric drug development solutions to reach more patients faster.
We are recruiting for a Clinical Project Manager (CPM) who is detail obsessed and has client facing experience. We need a terrific communicator who is confident, proactive, and likes to “wear many hats.” The CPM role requires an individual who is a self-starter, successfully multi-tasks, and can independently complete projects and assignments. The Clinical Project Manager 3 (CPM) is responsible for managing clinical trials, meeting deliverables and timelines per the scope of work for assigned projects, and managing to the project budget. The CPM is responsible for the cross-functional team’s compliance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI), Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines and other applicable regulations. The CPM is responsible for the overall quality and execution of the project while being the primary liaison with the Customer to ensure effective and timely communication of project progress, challenges, challenge resolution and mitigation of potential challenges.
The successful candidate will have:
- At least five (5) years' of clinical research industry experience, including at least one year of experience in pediatric trials (two years must be as a clinical project manager working for a CRO or a Sponsor).
- Comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of clinical trial execution from start-up through close out with proven ability to independently manage projects in adherence to timeline/budget.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors (eCRF, central lab, IXRS, IP) to agreed contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-focused role.
