As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
Assist the Account Manager in coordinating and executing projects, from concept to completion
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful and timely execution
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with their vision
Prepare and present project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and industry trends
Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to promote the agency and its services
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in account coordination or a similar role, preferably in the creative industry
Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Basecamp)
Knowledge and passion for urban art and street culture
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, with a high attention to detail
