Navflex is a Denver, Colorado-based logistics robotic startup with German roots, specializing in autonomous trailer and container loading and unloading. Our technology operates in dynamic and constantly changing dock environments, providing real-time solutions without the need for infrastructure or process changes. Navflex robots are highly adaptable, handling irregular pallets and loads in less than perfect trailers. Our robots can operate independently or alongside manual forklifts and pallet jacks, making the dock safer and more efficient.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Navflex Inc in the Denver Metropolitan Area/Brighton Colorado. As the CFO, you will be responsible for financial planning, financial reporting, and analyzing financial statements to support decision-making. You will also be involved in managing the overall finance function of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. As a startup, you will also help lead us with international transfers, tax credits, general accounting and pitch in as a C-Suite leader in general guidance and direction of our international company.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and analytical skills
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Knowledge of finance principles and practices
• Ability to create and interpret financial statements
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in fundraising and capital management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Master's degree a plus
• Previous startup experience a plus
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
