Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary

To be a key advisor to the President on all matters relating to the financial condition of the Company. To provide analyses and insight into all decisions affecting the profitability and liquidity of the Company.

Duties / Responsibilities

 Provide financial and accounting leadership as well as advice that will help management maximize profitability.

 Maintain and manage accounting policies and procedures.

 Participate in the corporate accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.

 Provide cash forecasting and projections.

 Track, analyze and evaluate the cost accounting system.

 Provide timely management reports and analyses identifying trends, issues and opportunities.

 Recommend appropriate action to resolve financial related problems.

 Manage and administer general insurance programs and policies.

 Participate in the administration of the ESOP Plan.

 Work closely with senior managers and supervisory personnel to improve understanding of accounting, budgeting and financial controls.

 Provide advice and analyses on contracts and pricing.

 Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to protect company assets.

 Perform special assignments as requested by the President.

 Perform/oversee monthly closing of fiscal periods.

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and / or equivalent experience.

Skills And Abilities

Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of accounting

and financial reporting software packages, including windows-based applications. Ability

to interface with senior level executives.
