Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Federal Capture Manager in Health IT to join our growing team. This pivotal role is centered on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities within the federal sector. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers with a solid track record in federal contract captures and a comprehensive understanding of the federal procurement process. This position demands a candidate who is located in the DMV (DC Metro area), given the requirement to attend frequent partner meetings or Industry days in the area. Additionally, applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute capture strategies for securing new federal business opportunities in Health IT space.Conduct market analyses to uncover potential opportunities and comprehend the competitive landscape.Establish and nurture relationships with key government clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders.Lead the creation of capture plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including business development, proposal management, technical leads, and subject matter experts.Ensure adherence to all federal procurement regulations and requirements.Provide consistent updates on capture activities and progress to senior management.Represent Intelix Systems at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and gather market intelligence.
QualificationsA minimum of 5 years of experience in capture management within the federal market.A minimum of 10 years of experience within the federal marketStrong knowledge of federal government contracting, procurement processes, and regulations (e.g., FAR).Proven success in capturing federal contracts.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to travel as needed.
