We are looking to add a Business Intelligence Analyst to our team! This position will focus on data analytics, reporting, and visualizations to promote data-driven decision-making for the service, supply chain, and operations side of our business.

Here’s What This Position Is All About
Build strong connections with all levels of individual contributors, mid to upper-level management, and executive leadership
Extract, clean, and summarize data from internal and external sources to produce reports
Create insightful analytics, visualizations, and predictive models for business decision makers
Assist with reporting tool migration from legacy reporting tools to Power BI
Interact with executive leadership to coordinate on projects, strategies, and company initiatives
Articulate the benefits of and provide coaching on end-to-end products, tools, models to ensure adoption and uptake of insights and findings
Work closely with Data Engineers and other analysts on the Business Intelligence team to effectively support projects and requests
Work to prioritize and balance workload of several tasks at a time
What we are hoping you can bring to the Service Express team...
Experience in data querying, data analysis, and data visualization
Demonstrated ability with reporting tools and software such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
Familiarity with SQL Server or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills for interacting with senior leaders

Salary Range: $65k-$75k based on experience
