Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a rapidly growing technology company based in Portland, Oregon. This organization is building out their Sales function and is looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives. You will be part of the sales team, responsible for prospecting, identifying, and qualifying opportunities for Sales Executive to close. This position will be highly focused on Business Development. You must demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture. This position offers a salary of $50,000 with a commission structure based off the percentage of quota reached by the Sales Executives, as well as a benefits package.


Your main responsibilities

• Prospect and identify opportunities, cold-calling and scheduling meetings with potential clients, qualifying opportunities for the Sales Executives to close the business.

• Work with the team to prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts with attention to detail.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of proposal development.

• Assist in managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing timely follow-ups. • Continually build a pipeline of new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

• Become an authority on our clients products and conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and customers.

• Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in our CRM system.
