They're looking for a dynamic, results-driven and highly proactive Business Development/Sales Manager, who will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to business growth, deliver innovative solutions and make a real-world impact. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Specialist to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a focus on selling AI software solutions to businesses across industries. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting our client's clients AI products and services.

Please note that the compensation package for this role includes a combination of commission and equity-only components. No base salary.

Responsibilities

  • Software Solutions Sales: Drive sales of our client's software solutions to new and existing clients, including AI-powered analytics platforms, machine learning tools, and custom applications tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations, understand their business challenges, and propose AI solutions that address their specific needs and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and expand our client's market presence in the AI industry.
  • Product Knowledge and Demonstration: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our client's products and services, conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, and showcase the value proposition and competitive advantages of their AI solutions.
  • Sales Collateral and Proposals: Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements, collaborate with internal teams to create sales collateral and marketing materials, and ensure accurate and timely delivery of sales documentation.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, gather customer feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to improve our client's offerings and sales strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitor sales performance, track sales pipeline, forecast revenue projections, and provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.


Requirement

  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling software solutions, preferably in the AI or technology industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, drive sales cycles, and close deals.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
