Are you a tenacious, self-motivated individual with a hunger for success? Trusted Tech Team is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team and kickstart a rewarding career in the tech industry. As a Jr. BDR, you will actively engage in prospecting, educating, and developing a robust pipeline of key accounts to generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities. While prior sales experience is advantageous, we value a Type A mindset, drive, and a relentless belief in personal potential.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective clients.
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and provide a high-level overview of TTT products and services.
Build trust with prospects by educating them on cost reduction and enhanced support options.
Conduct pre-call planning and research, setting objectives, agenda, and mapping conversations.
Execute heavy outbound call volume, demonstrating a fearless approach to phone engagement.
Meet and exceed metrics related to daily sales activities, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Provide closed-loop feedback to optimize the full sales lifecycle process continuously.
Required Skills & Qualifications (must-haves):
High school diploma or GED (required).
Self-starter with a tenacious mentality and a hunger for success.
Relational personality with excellent communication skills.
Coachable disposition and eagerness to learn.
A background in customer service, hospitality, or client-facing roles is nice to have.
Experience with a CRM/Outbound sales platform (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, etc.).
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, AZ-900, etc.)
