The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Team Analytics and Operational Contractor to provide analytical support to the Business Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, exceptional operational skills, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives that support our business development efforts.

Where you’ll work:

This role may require in-office collaboration. This position is located in West Hollywood, CA.

Please note that this position is for an 7-8 month contract duration.

In this role, you will:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data for the Business Development (BD) team, focusing on the OEM UA spend performance analysis; Drive efficiency and effectiveness of Tinder’s OEM UA spend.

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. Document product or seasonal variables contributing to peak performance, with the goal to optimize (where applicable) and avoid partnerships that do not align with business goals.

Apart from OEM analysis, conduct an in-depth analysis of business development activities to identify areas for opportunities for growth and optimization.

Operational Support:

Streamline and optimize business development processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Lead and drive the internal BD monthly presentations by leveraging data and analytics from various BD channels.

Implement and maintain CRM systems and other tools to support the Business Development team’s operations.

Strategic Planning:

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance metrics to provide actionable insights.

Conduct in-depth analysis of business development activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

You’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field

Proven experience in business development analytics, operations, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Mode Analytics).

Experience with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce) and other business development tools would be a plus.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

$40 - $55 an hour

Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary range is reflective of a position based in West Hollywood, CA. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
