We are recruiting for a Business Development Manager opportunity with a growing company in the CPG space that brings consumer-centric, innovative products to market.
Compensation:

Essential Functions:
Communicate with buyers and create programs for stores and distributors
Wholesale consumer products sales background
Ability to identify accounts and opportunities
Strong track record of opening accounts and building business
Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell Company products to new and assigned Customers
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
Experience with servicing and engaging with major and regional accounts
Dependable with the ability to multitask and work at a fast pace in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience:
5+ years in leadership sales position, working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
Proven track record of results and exceeding sales goals (10M+ in annual sales)
Expertise with Big Box Retailers on a national scale (e.g. Target, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's)
Experience with Kitchenware, Housewares, Stationary or Art/Office Supplies
Expertise in prospecting, presenting, and closing deals
Strong negotiation and relationship development skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
