The TRG Growth Practice engaged with a client to identify a Business Development Manager In TX- to drive company growth and market share for a high growth product line. This is a new role part of a new strategic initiative with visibility from the executive leadership team.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background in distribution channel sales and development specific to general contractors & architectural firms. Reap the rewards and have the personal satisfaction as a result of successfully developing and executing strategy to drive market share, product mix and profitability in a marketplace critical to company growth targets. VOC experience incredibly valuable.

Distribution, Rep and Specifier experience
Building product industry experience
