Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with a strong background in the energy sector, specifically in working with upstream companies. This role is critical in building and nurturing relationships with both oil & gas and renewable energy producers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients:

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities with energy producers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
• Present and promote Impact Land Services’ suite of services to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Track and report on business development activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development within the energy sector, specifically with energy producers.
• Strong understanding of land leasing, title services, and due diligence processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

• Base pay with a generous commission structure.
