Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Must be an analytical thinker and have problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively orally and in writing, including presenting complex and technical
information.
Develop and maintain project documentation/artifacts and management reports/dashboards.
Support the development of Policies, Procedures, and Operations Guidelines.
Develop tactical roadmaps and plans.
Prepare reports, studies, and briefings.
Perform work independently following guidelines within the context of regulations,
legislation, industry practices, and County policies.
Support the timely and accurate preparation of responses to requests for information from
relevant stakeholders as needed.

Work with the TEBS Public Safety Data Systems team and County Departments to
implement new programs and services consistent with the TEBS strategic goals/objectives
and the Enterprise Architecture.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices; assess and recommend new solutions,
and ensure proper integration into ongoing operations; research, learn, and deploy new
solutions; work with experts in TEBS, Departments, the industry, and vendor community
to identify state of the art solutions, which may include emerging technologies; provide
advice, direction, and consultative services to stakeholders.
Perform industry research leveraging the TEBS Gartner Research and Advisory contract
and/or other sources
Qualifications
Must be located in the DMV area.
Must have Bachelors Degree (B/A, B/S); Masters Preferred.
Must have 8 years of related work experience.
Must have 6 years of experience in Business Analysis.
Must be able to pass a Background Investigation.
