Job Summary: We are looking for a vibrant and dynamic Brand Representative to be the face of our company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Act as a brand ambassador by engaging with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
    • Provide detailed information about our products, services, and brand story.
    • Answer customer questions and address concerns to ensure a positive experience.

  • Product Promotion:
    • Promote and sell products through in-store demonstrations, events, and social media.
    • Highlight the features and benefits of our products to encourage purchases.
    • Distribute marketing materials and samples to attract potential customers.

  • Brand Advocacy:
    • Represent the brand at various events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our brand values and mission, and communicate these effectively to customers.
    • Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and marketing strategies.

  • Sales and Reporting:
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting products.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback to the Brand Manager.

  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement promotional strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
    • Share insights and ideas to improve customer engagement and brand promotion efforts.
Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.

  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
    • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and confident personality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing principles.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
