Brand Ambassador (Westside LA)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engagement: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and sampling sessions at retailers, events, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and product knowledge
• Relationship Building: Foster and maintain positive relationships with retail staff, customers, and community members to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy
• Event Participation: Actively participate in promotional events and activities, including pop-up shops, festivals, and other community events
• Market Feedback: Collect and report feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product development
• Performance Metrics: Track and report on engagement activities and their impact on brand awareness and sales growth, providing insights for continuous improvement
  
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in brand ambassadorship, sales, or a related field, preferably within the cannabis industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences
• Strong understanding of the cannabis market, products, and consumer trends
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet goals and deadlines
• Proficiency in social media and marketing tools
• Willingness to travel within the region and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
