Job Description:
Prepare all monthly invoices and required support in a timely and accurate manner.
Run and analyze project status and other reports for invoice preparation.
Ensure compliance with billing terms and the completeness of required invoice backup.
Interact and communicate effectively with team members throughout the billing process to ensure timely receipt of billing information.
Interact and communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing issues promptly.
Review and reconcile unbilled & AR balances by contract.
Maintain billing folders and contract documents for assigned projects.
