Responsibilities

Preferred Local

  • Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and architecture to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs across various departments.
  • Create and maintain data models, data flows, and data dictionaries for BI systems.
  • Implement best practices in BI development processes and methodologies.
  • Optimize BI applications for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to BI development teams.
  • Evaluate and recommend BI tools and technologies to support business goals.
  • Ensure data security and integrity in BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to implement and integrate BI solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a BI Architect or similar role, with a strong background in designing and implementing BI solutions.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehouse design.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Big Data technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • US citizenship or Green Card holder status is required.
