We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and articulate individuals who take initiative to join our exceptional sales team and contribute to its growth. The perfect candidate is driven by results, possesses a strong ability to learn quickly, and demonstrates proficiency in processing and managing information and technology. As a Part-Time Sales Representative, your role will involve generating sales from wine enthusiasts who already have an established relationship with our client wineries. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge needed to offer customers personalized advice and information on wines that align with their taste preferences and busy lifestyles. Additionally, you will ensure their favorite wines remain in stock, introduce them to new wines and special releases, and keep them informed about winery activities. Based on your successful sales performance, mastery of our technology, and accurate adherence to training and management direction, there is an opportunity to transition into a full-time Sales Representative position within the company.

Requirements:

  • MINIMUM of 1-3 years of Call Center or WFH Phone Sales experience
  • Some familiarity with wine is a plus but not a requirement (we will teach you!)
  • Ability to overcome objections and close sales over the phone
  • Excellent verbal communicator
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Reliable high-speed home internet
  • A designated, uninterrupted workspace for remote work
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and competencies, including familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, email and instant messaging communication, internet browsing, and navigating between several applications simultaneously. A computer skills test will be administered and must be passed to be hired
  • Demonstrates adaptability to learn new technologies, troubleshoot common computer issues independently, follow instructions for computer-based tasks, and use keyboard shortcuts and basic functions for increased productivity
  • Must be able to work the following hours (non-negotiable) from your home office

Monday - Friday9:00am - 6:00pm

During Daylight Savings (Nov - Mar) hours are 10:00am-7pm

Compensation:

  • Hourly + Commission (Successful Sales Reps Earn $18-$30 or More per hour including Commission)
