Maven is looking for a talented Associate Provider Recruiter to join our growing team. As we continue to expand our provider network, this role will be instrumental in supporting our provider and care delivery recruiting efforts, that include full lifecycle provider hiring, sourcing, onboarding, and candidate coordination. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about clinical and provider recruitment, thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, and is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional hiring experience for every provider candidate at Maven.

As a Provider Recruiter at Maven, you will:

  • Source, identify, calibrate, assess and interview provider candidates for Maven across our 30+ specialties, both domestic and international
  • Assess the clinical and technical abilities of each prospective provider, and clearly articulate Maven’s care model
  • Build a robust pipeline of high-quality clinicians via creative sourcing strategies, incoming application management, and referrals. Creatively source provider candidates; develop relationships with residency programs, industry events, social media sourcing, online search, and in-house marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end contracting and onboarding process for providers, partnering closely with cross functional partners across the organization
  • Support recruiting operations projects including, but not limited to: standardizing interview processes, workflows and ensuring our systems are all up to date with accurate data
  • Provide ongoing support with ensuring job postings are appropriately and accurately reflected on our careers page and other platforms
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones and countries, while sending context and event information to both candidates and interviewers
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table as the team continues to improve the way we grow our provider network

We’re looking for you to bring:

  • 1+ year of previous recruiting experience at a health technology or healthcare company required
  • Passion for clinical and provider recruitment
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing your own pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy
  • Experience using recruiting platforms including LinkedIn, Greenhouse and Gem preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to excel and manage high volume recruiting
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Resourceful, highly organized self-starter with a bias towards action and efficiency
  • Located on the west coast highly preferred, not required

For candidates in NYC, CA, or CO the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive a bonus, stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
