Responsibilities

o Understands the US Industrial Goods industry, companies, customers, partners, governments and societies

o Builds high performing consulting teams to solve large, complex challenges

o Leads project acquisitions by developing, presenting, negotiating and closing of proposals

o Serves as primary point of contact for client executives

o Supports decision makers when solving complex questions

o Identifies project opportunities at various target clients/platforms/enablers/partners

o Leads the problem solving and change management work streams during client engagements

o Manages client and Porsche Consulting project team members

o Reviews and approves project delivery documents prior to presentations

o Leads the collection, analysis and interpretation of client and industry information

o Provides ongoing feedback and other development support to Porsche Consulting team members

o Enhances and trains Porsche Consulting concepts, methods and tools for Industrial Goods

o Assists other Porsche Consulting offices when required/applicable

o Provides content for press articles and develops event presentations and other marketing materials for the Industrial Goods practice

o Speaks/Represents Porsche Consulting at relevant conferences as a subject matter expert

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree with focus on Business, Engineering, Operations Strategy and/or a related discipline from renowned institutions of higher education
• Hands on experience in Strategy and Operations Management, preferably in the Industrial Goods sector
• High level of business acumen and consultative expertise
• Minimum 9 years of total professional experience in both consultancies and Industrial Goods corporations
• Track record of success with consulting clients, preferably in the Industrial Goods sector
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business development
• Goal orientation with focus on comprehensive implementation
• Second language fluency in German, Spanish, or French a plus
• Strong desire to mentor and assist in the professional development of colleagues
