Job Title: Associate Partner, Global Market Access


Set-Up: Remote

Position Summary:


Seeking an inspiring, people-centric leader to helm their Global Market Access consulting practice. This role blends business acumen with leadership skills to expand the consulting practice, heavily backed by the data and expertise from the entire consulting function.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership: Shape and implement the firm’s vision, mission, and goals. Identify growth opportunities and assess global market access trends.
  2. Business Development: Drive new business, acquire new clients, and expand services with existing ones.
  3. Client Engagement: Forge strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Project Oversight: Ensure quality and timely delivery of projects, managing teams and resources effectively.
  5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  6. Thought Leadership: Offer expertise in global market access dynamics, research, and commercialization needs.
  7. Collaboration & Synergy: Work with business units to leverage data and resources for enhanced global offerings.
  8. Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in global market access or pharmaceutical commercialization.
  • Demonstrated success in consulting and strategy for diverse clients and therapeutic areas.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Collaborative, with a proactive and improvement-driven mindset.
  • High ethical standards and clear communication.
  • Quick to learn and passionate about innovative client solutions.
