Associate Insights & Community Manager (Market Research)

My-Take is a greater Boston based company whose primary product/service is delivering consumer insight through online communities. Online insight communities are among the fastest growing segments of market research. Communities allow brands to instantly attain feedback and ideas from hundreds, or thousands, of target consumers on an on-going basis. My-Take works with a wide range of companies across many industries such as consumer durables, retail, consumer packaged goods, and many more as well as several of the Fortune 500.


Seeking an energetic and results-oriented individual to execute and manage customer research through online insight communities.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Account management: Professional and enthusiastic interaction with clients including developing and executing plans that will deliver on insight goals and drive value
  • Planning: Translation of client business goals and challenges into a community insight plan and activities to deliver actionable information in a timely manner
  • Content design/programming: Development of activities that will successfully elicit rich feedback and opinions from community members
  • Moderation/facilitation: Creation and maintenance of a positive and effective community environment that will deliver high ongoing member engagement and interaction
  • Analysis/reporting: Evaluation of consumer feedback and opinions to deliver client friendly actionable insights and recommendations
  • Quality assurance: Ongoing management of accuracy of data and client reports, as well as overall support driving toward client retention


The Person

The individual should be interested in marketing, and/or consumer insight (research). Additionally the individual should be highly motivated, and have a desire to make a real and immediate impact. Some aspects of the products/services are proprietary and would require an NDA.


Requirements

  • BA or BS, business, psychology or related field
  • 1-3 years of market (consumer) research experience (Preferred)
