Associate Director Clinical Program Management

Meet has partnered with a Redwood City biotech leading in cutting-edge treatments in the cell/gene therapy space. Our client has a strong pipeline that has recently started to gain attention due to promising clinical data. They are looking to bring on an experienced Associate Director of Clinical Program Management to support the development of their mid-stage clinical pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• You will create and manage timelines relating to assigned programs, managing budgets, resources, key milestones, and deliverables.
• You will facilitate excellent communication between cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• You will act as a liaison between cross-functional groups to effectively execute clinical trials

Key Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant industry or 5+ with PhD/PharmD/Masters required
• PMP certification required
• Experience managing programs from P1-P4 highly preferred
• Successful experience with IND/NDA/BLA
