We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Associate Consultant to join our Consulting Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to our Senior Consultants in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and gain valuable experience in the consulting industry.
Major Responsibilities:
Assist Senior Consultants in conducting research and analysis for client projects
Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings
Collaborate with team members to develop solutions and recommendations
Support in project management tasks, such as scheduling and coordination
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
1-2 years of experience in consulting or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with data analysis tools a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
