Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Associate Account Manager at Nile Commerce. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for managing customers' accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with merchants, coordinating projects, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet customers' needs. This is an on-site role located in Bentonville, AR.

• Knowledge of and experience in the retail or ecommerce industry
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Experience in account management, business analytics, or customer service

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
