Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following
Coordinate various behavioral health projects/initiatives: including but not limited to Trauma and Gender
Support timeline planning, scheduling, contracting, and reporting
Host planning meetings as needed
Liaison with trainers
Budget tracking as needed
Create graphics for marketing via flyer
Support Policy, Advocacy, And Programming Efforts
Develop and nurture an understanding of current mental health and substance use services and treatment modalities
Research issues and potential solutions as indicated
Act as liaison between the Consortium and key state agencies communicating via phone, email, and in person
Provide technical and participant support for various initiative trainings and specialty events as needed.
Support other Consortium staff and departments as needed, both onsite and offsite
Qualifications
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.
Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong critical thinking and innovative decision-making skills.
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
