About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing supports the development and execution of omni-channel marketing strategies. This individual will play a key role in supporting both the ecommerce business as well as the store fleet by implementing marketing initiatives to support the brand on both fronts. Strong team skills are required in this role, staying in close communication with channel owners to drive cross-functional alignment and develop impactful program support.

The impact you can have

  • Responsible for executing brand marketing plans in collaboration with the creative, visual, public relations, merchandising, social, digital, and store communications teams
  • Lead store marketing efforts – implementing localized strategies inclusive of events, in-mall marketing and brand awareness tacticts to support store openings and relocations
  • Manage project brief development and hand-off process – ensuring all brand initiatives are communicated and executed effectively
  • Contribute to the following areas of the business:
    • Daily Messaging - seamlessly incorporating seasonal initiatives and promotional strategy in all marketing assets
    • In-Store Marketing – partner with visual teams to ensure signage and store marketing needs support the larger brand objectives
    • Philanthropic Partnerships - supporting yearly strategy and liaising with partners to execute charitable campaigns
    • Credit Card and Loyalty Program communication - ensuring integration into overall planning and daily messaging
  • Actively and independently seek out data points to fuel new initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of program hindsight reports to inform future strategies
You’ll bring to the role

  • Ability to multi-task: multiple seasons, initiatives and priorities at same time
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Outstanding communication skills – verbal and written
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and speaks their mind
  • Finger on the pulse of the competitive landscape (retail, fashion, branding, social media, etc.)
  • 2-4 years prior work experience within the retail environment
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Media Communication or related field

  • The target salary range for this role is: $62,400-$65,000*
  • Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week worked in the New York, NY location and two days per week worked remotely.
