Executive Recruiter - Accounting and Finance Specialist
LHH is working with a company who is looking for an Assistant Director of Finance in Kissimmee.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the hotel/condo side of the hospitality industry.
This person will be fully responsible for assisting in the direction and administration of all financial operations. The candidate will manage and supervise accounting/receiving staff and perform any duties assigned by the DOF/Controller. This position impacts cash flow by effective management of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable at the hotel level. It will also manage all financial processes to ensure hotel profitability and compliance with accepted practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance or equivalent job-related worke experience
Five years of accounting experience in the hospitality industry
