HIGH VISIBILITY Area Sales Manager ROLE with an, industry leading and growing manufacturer in the engineered building products space.

The TRG Growth Practice engaged with a client to identify two Area Sales Managers (East and Western US) - to drive company growth and market share for a high growth region critical to organizational goals. (These are new roles - The company is growing)

The ideal candidate should have a proven background in distribution, specification sales and developing relationships with contractors. Reap the rewards and have the personal satisfaction as a result of successfully developing and executing strategy to drive market share, product mix and profitability in a marketplace critical to company growth targets.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong account management and new business development experience
• Architectural Specification Experience (a plus)
