Key Responsibilities
Convert cartoon sets into construction drawings
File documents for projects
Site surveys
Draft work for projects
Assist in putting together presentations
Work to a budget and timeline
Develop skills and take guidance
Work with existing conditions on projects
Process RFI submittals
Review building codes
Complete a set of drawings to a minimum of 50%
Knowledge, skills, and experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design or a Master's degree in Architecture
Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office products
Strong skill set with Revit and AutoCAD software
Excellent time management and organizational skills
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
