Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Location: Oak Brook, IL
Hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home)
Must have laptop, CAD software will be provided by client
Experience designing Commercial building and Industrial warehouse / cold storage facilities. Strong AutoCAD skills and knowledge of Revit . 5 7 years of working experience.
S kills and Abilities
A bachelor's and/or master's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project experience, particularly in commercial and/or industrial sectors.
Technical knowledge of design, building trends, energy efficiency, and construction methods.
Relevant knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and permitting process.
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
Experience using Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and office management platforms preferred.
