Summary: We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to lead our Brand Ads forecasting initiatives within the hospitality and travel industry. Responsibilities:
Apply statistical or machine learning knowledge to solve forecasting problems for ad spending decisions.
Translate business questions into quantitative questions answerable with available data.
Retrieve, synthesize, and present data to answer specific questions or improve system performance.
Develop and implement algorithms for ads bidding, ranking, and forecasting.
Collaborate with engineers to produce required data when necessary.
Work closely with product and product marketing teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Skills/Qualifications:
Deep domain knowledge in forecasting.
Strong technical capabilities in data or machine learning.
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in ads bidding, ranking, and retrieval, as well as ads forecasting, is highly desirable.
Expertise in large-scale ads delivery, recommendation, or search.
Proven track record of working closely with product and product marketing teams.
Experience in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Software Engineer (machine learning), Applied Scientist, or Research Scientist.
