Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain advanced Android applications with a focus on performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.
  • Integrate with external data sources and APIs to enhance application functionality.
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks, bugs, and ensure code quality through systematic maintenance and automation.
  • Participate actively in code reviews, offering valuable feedback to team members.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance application features and capabilities.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Android development.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Android Studio and Kotlin programming language.
  • Strong grasp of Git for version control and familiarity with GitLab, GitHub, etc.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, especially MVVM.
  • Experience in reactive programming using RxJava and Coroutines.
  • Extensive knowledge of user interface frameworks such as XML and Jetpack Compose UI.
  • Familiarity with challenges related to white-label applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dependency injection frameworks like Dagger or Hilt.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
  • Understanding of Android UI/UX design principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
