Agile Coaching experience. Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both
Strong Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within, or administrating an organizations Atlassian Tools Suite environment
Product Management experience. Time working on Product Team within an organization
Capital Markets experience
Strong presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders
Strong writing skills - take “on the ground” training learnings and turn them into documented best practices
