Administrative Data Entry Analyst

We are currently seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Administrative Data Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for employees to gain valuable experience in data analysis and administration.

Job Description: The Administrative Data Entry Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the management and analysis of data, generating reports, and providing administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Accountabilities

• This role supports the PeopleSoft Item Master with building and updating items. This master data is the foundation to ordering, receiving, paying our suppliers.
• Supports our inventory management system and electronic medical record.
• Work closely with analysts and additional departments to ensure accuracy.
• Data sets include Manufacturing information, Units of Measures, Costs, Descriptions, GTINS, and clinical attributes.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Details

• Pay: $20 - $22/hr. based on related experience.
• Pay cycle – weekly | medical, dental & vision benefits offered
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30am – 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
• Location: onsite position 5 days per week in Hartford, CT.
