Previous experience with Microsoft tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive calendar management support, including Rhythm of Business calendar assistance.
Support the team by managing headcount, budgeting, organizing morale events, and overseeing alias management for a group of 166 Engineers and PMs.
Assist in space coordination, onboarding new employees, and procuring necessary goods and services such as computer equipment, office supplies, and facility requests.
Plan morale events, handle catering orders, and manage hardware refresh activities.
Maintain asset management processes and oversee storage room maintenance.
Open and monitor purchase orders (POs) efficiently.
Track discretionary budget allocation and team headcount by initiating requisitions in iCims.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in calendaring.
Minimum 3+ years of experience adapting quickly to change.
Minimum 3+ years of experience working with spreadsheets.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Proficient in decision-making within ambiguous situations.
Proactive approach towards task completion.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft productivity software (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Location: Silicon Valley, CA (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $27 - 31 per hour
