Minimum Qualifications
Typically Required: 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires a high school diploma equivalent Associate’s or degree or equivalent preferred
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required. Excellent oral and written communication skills and an excellent command of the English language. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to use, operate and train others on standard office equipment. Continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Analytical ability required to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work. Ability to plan, direct and coordinate the work of others. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with others. Ability to handle sensitive interpersonal situations.
Working Conditions, Mental And Physical Demands
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and normal range of temperature and noise. Requires communications with department, marketplace and Region personnel, and external marketplace. Work assignments at times are routine and repetitive; detailed instructions are provided by the supervisor. Work has some stress due to imposed due dates of communications and/or material. Some physical effort is required to remain in sitting position for prolonged periods while concentrating on a specific task. Job results are dependent upon proficient application of one or more dexterity skills, i.e. keyboard and phone system.
