The Partner Project Program is a fiscal sponsorship program that provides comprehensive financial and administrative support to over 90 nonprofit organizations and projects with a broad range of missions across the US.
This position will handle many day-to-day administrative functions, including, but not limited to data entry, sorting mail, scanning, copying, running daily reports, checking receipts against payment requests, formatting documents, assisting with A/P information requests, maintaining and updating content for a partner portal site and providing helpdesk support for various platforms.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be flexible, dedicated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications include:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Word, and interest in further developing computer skills and learning new systems;
• Exceptional attention to detail;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities, manage multiple demands and projects;
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Strong ability to work effectively in both team settings and independently;
• Prior experience in administrative roles required ; and
• Familiarity with financial and administrative processes is preferred.
Compensation: Salary range is $45,000 - $54,000 and is commensurate with experience. Excellent benefits package including comprehensive health, dental and life insurance, four weeks paid vacation, paid sick time, TransitChek, Flexible Spending Account plans for health and dependent care, a 403(b) retirement plan and a 401(k) retirement plan with a generous employer match.
