We are currently hiring an **Administrative Assistant** for our corporate office located in Oakton, Virginia. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate and perform a variety of administrative activities to support Executive and HR Leadership.
In This Role You Will
Provide administrative support for CEO/Executive Director and Director of Administration
Maintain office supplies to include monitoring inventory, ordering, and distribution
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
Compose correspondence, create presentations/reports as needed to support leadership
Support appropriate set up and coordination of meetings
Provide administrative and logistical support for onsite and virtual meetings/events
Order vaccinations
Deposit checks
Create and maintain spreadsheets as assigned
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of departmental documents
Provide administrative support for the implementation of new technology
Coordinate and/or complete other duties and projects as assigned
**Experience Requirements**
At least two years of administrative experience in a professional office environment preferred
Experience managing office inventory and completing purchase orders preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
