Our receptionist directly influences our senior living community’s reputation as the first person that a resident, family member or other visitor interacts with. Position Highlights *Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
*Warmly welcome, greet and direct residents, visitors, and guests.
*Process invoices for payments.
*Reconcile petty cash *Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
*Order supplies and performs other clerical duties as assigned.
