Various Positions Available, Including, But Not Limited To

  • Office Manager-responsible for daily accounting supervision and various accounting duties and projects
  • Car Deal "Biller"-responsible for posting the car deal sales into the general ledger
  • Title Clerk-prepares dealer paperwork for the DMVs
  • Accounts Payable-posting of incoming invoices and subsequent payment
  • Accounts Receivable-cash deposits and reconciliation
  • General Accountant-responsible for reconciliations and accounting entries

"Jump"

  • experience with Auto Dealerships a plus, but not required
  • accounting knowledge needed
  • strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • desire to learn and grow
  • ability to identify, review and investigate problems

"Leap"

  • strong attention to detail
  • possess good time management skills
  • must possess a strong work ethic
  • firm understanding of deadline accountability
  • juggling

"Soar"

  • Compensation will be fair and commensurate with experience,
    • ranging from $20/hour (less experienced) to $40/hour (experienced office manager)
