We are seeking a Financial Operations Automation Specialist to streamline and automate our financial operations. As a key member you will play an integral role in integrating our core platforms, including ConnectWise, QuickBooks Online, and multiple distributors. The end goal is to ensure seamless financial data flow, automated executive dashboards, and improved efficiency across the board. Key Responsibilities:
Assess current financial and operational workflows to identify areas of improvement and automation.
Integrate and centralize data from ConnectWise, QuickBooks Online, and various distributor platforms.
Develop and implement automation scripts and/or tools to streamline data collection and reporting.
Design and implement executive dashboards, providing key financial insights and real-time data.
Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization across all platforms.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and executive teams to understand specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Regularly audit system integrations to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in financial automation and integration.
Provide training and support to team members on new systems or processes implemented.
Troubleshoot any integration or data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in integrating and automating financial systems, preferably ConnectWise and QuickBooks Online.
Familiarity with distributor platforms and the challenges of centralizing data from multiple sources.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, ETL processes, and financial reporting.
Experience in designing and implementing executive dashboards.
Strong problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Knowledge of API integrations, middleware platforms, and data warehousing.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
